Blank pages will actually be blank—meaning no headers/running heads or footers/running feet.
You will receive a version "X" PDF file to ensure that your book is print-ready.
The PDF file will contain bookmarks and an interactive table of contents.

STEP 1: Send us your manuscript and tell us what kind of files you want created (e.g. Kindle, pdf, etc.).
Note: You don't need to do any special formatting to your
manuscript. Just send us what you have and we'll take care of the rest.
STEP 2: We'll review your request and send you a price quote.
STEP 3: If you accept the price quote, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the agreed upon price. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), but if you would like to use an alternative payment method, we might be able to accomodate you.
STEP 4: We will design your file(s). (We will fix any missing or inconsistent formatting in your manuscript.)
STEP 5: We will send you our completed work and you can review the result. For no addditional charge, you can request design and formatting modification up to 5 days after we deliver the finished file(s).
Yes. We can convert straight quotes into curly quotes so they can be displayed by e-readers that support them.
Yes. But we decide which requests we will accept on a case-by-case basis.

We format yoour manuscript if you text is logically, consistently organized. (e.g. new chapters beginning on a new line with the title in bold or maybe plain text prefaced by the chapter number followed by a arabic or roman numeral.)
Yes. Even if you have added chapter numbers to your manuscript (or maybe you used arabic or romain numerals) we can still display chapter number headings with the number spelled out.
Yes. But you shouldn't use more than one or two custom fonts in an e-book or else you text will look noisy and difficult to read. Also, you shouldn't use custom fonts for the body text—e-readers have built-it fonts that are optimized for readability, let's not interfere with that.
